He remains closely involved in field execution, complex construction decisions, and ensuring that every pool is built for long-term performance. His technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and uncompromising commitment to quality continue to shape Pooltech's approach to custom pool construction

Eli helps lead Pooltech's project management, operations, and business development. He works closely with clients, designers, trade partners, and field teams from early planning through final completion, helping ensure that expectations, decisions, and construction remain aligned throughout the process. His hands-on management style and focus on communication provide clients with a more organized, responsive, and transparent building experience. By staying closely involved in both the details and the overall direction of each project, Eli helps turn ambitious design concepts into successfully executed custom pools. In addition to overseeing individual projects, Eli helps guide Pooltech's internal systems, client experience, brand direction, and continued growth within South Florida's luxury residential market.

Moises leads design support, technical drafting, and engineering coordination for Pooltech's pool projects. He brings more than 20 years of experience across construction, design, and project management, including over five years focused specifically on swimming pool design. With an architectural background from FIU, Moises combines design awareness with practical construction knowledge. His experience with complex commercial and luxury residential projects gives him the technical perspective needed to develop detailed, coordinated, and buildable pool plans. Known for his accuracy and problem-solving ability, Moises works closely with Pooltech's project team to translate each client's vision into a carefully planned design that can be successfully executed in the field.

Teresa oversees structural construction across Pooltech's projects, bringing decades of hands-on experience in pool forming and construction. She brings more than 15 years of experience in construction administration, permitting, operations, and project coordination. Before joining Pooltech, Denise managed permitting for nationally recognized commercial brands and developments throughout the United States. Her experience working with municipalities, architects, engineers, contractors, and building officials allows her to anticipate requirements, address permitting challenges, and keep projects moving forward. Carol oversees Pooltech's accounting and financial operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience in construction accounting, financial management, and office administration. Throughout her career, she has managed multi-division accounting operations, strengthened internal controls, and developed procedures that improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial visibility.
